We booked Black Tie for a 4 hour tour with 5 ladies. From the initial phone call to book our tour to the end of our day, everything was 1st class. Manuel picked us up in a clean, well maintained Lincoln Navigator. We were open to which wineries we visited and Black Tie put together a perfect itinerary for us. We received friendly and fun service at each winery and Manuel allowed us to extend our tour a bit to visit a bonus winery! We were treated like VIPs from opening doors for us, to carrying our wine. I realize trying to keep a group of crazy, buzzed middle-aged ladies together and on time is like hearding cats but Manuel made it seem effortless. He checked in and kept us going without rushing us or being intrusive. Smooth operator!! Highly recommend Black Tie! Worth it!
Our wine tour last week in Walla Walla with Amy was the best. So organized, friendly and took great pictures for us throughout the day! It was so much fun to enjoy the wineries and be safely driven from place to place.

The feedback I got from everyone was either 'They treated us like royalty' or 'No matter where we were, there was always someone near by to take our wine and put it in the cars.' I completely agree with their assessment. Your service, attitudes and vehicles are all top notch.
