This agreement is a contractual arrangement of this Company for transportation service and pertains specifically to the performance by the customer in the vehicle. In addition to the hourly rate shown for vehicle and chauffeur, the client agrees to pay for any damages or cleaning charges in excess of usual use and wear. Decision as to the unusual wear and use of the vehicle rests with the Company, solely, and its experience as to general use of hired cars, and its decision is final.
Acceptance by the party hiring the car constitutes complete agreement and understanding of the charges shown, his or her responsibility to return the car to the Company in the same condition as when received, and agreement to additional payment as consequences of abuse to the car during the time of use. The client further agrees to pay all legal fees necessary if this is turned over for collection as a consequence of non-payment. Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the vehicles. Passengers are expected to behave appropriately at all times while in the vehicles. The consumption of any alcoholic beverage is prohibited except by express permission. Also prohibited is the use or possession of any illegal substance. If, at any time during the course of the service, there has been any illegal consumption or other inappropriate behavior, the service shall be terminated. All money shall be forfeited. The driver has the option of returning to point of pick up or ending service at the point of infraction. Due to the high risk insurance factor, passengers are not allowed to stand up through the moon roof while vehicle is in motion.
RULES RELATED TO WINE AND OTHER PURCHASES:
PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST MAKE ARRANGEMENT FOR SHIPPING OF LARGE QUANTITIES OF WINE WITH THE WINERIES. WE HAVE LIMITED SPACE AND WINE IS TO BE PLACED IN CARGO AND TRUNK AREA FOR YOUR PERSONAL SAFETY. IF YOU NEED WINE TAKEN TO YOUR HOTEL OR OTHER LODGING FACILITY YOU MUST ACCOMPANY AND ASSIST IN THE PLACEMENT OF SUCH WINE IN YOUR ACCOMMODATIONS. THE WEATHER IN WALLA WALLA CAN VARY GREATLY FROM SEASON TO SEASON. IF YOU HAVE CONCERNS ABOUT THE EFFECT OF EXTREME TEMPERATURES ON YOUR WINE, HAVE YOUR WINERY SHIP TO YOU. OUR PRIMARY CONCERN IS YOUR SAFETY AND COMFORT.
The following is a guide of liquidated damages for harm caused by the Customer, the Customers’ invitees,
guests, etc., to a Company vehicle during the period of Customer’s usage:
1. Damaged window $1,000.00 ea.
2. Bodily fluid spills/stains $ 500.00
3. Cigarette burns $ 500.00
4. Unusual wear and tear $ 250.00
5. Special cleaning $ 30.00
6. Ordinary spills/stains $ 150.00
7. Broken or stolen glassware $ 20.00 ea.
8. Other damage/defacement - actual costs of repair
Customer agrees that Company shall, in its sole discretion, determine whether Customer is liable for any items of damage or defacement. Any damages in excess of deposit shall be applied to the Customer credit card on file as further authorized by signature to this agreement.
